My items (2) do not say "Made in USA" and the tag is for a completely wrong item, putting safety at risk if they are in a tow bag as all items should have an accurate weight tag on them.

These shackles appear to be of very high quality, both in construction and final finish. Those that I purchased were of the "Anti-Theft" pin variety. This appears that this will make them less likely to be stolen. Gear America was great to work with, and I plan on some other recovery gear in the near future. I highly recommend these shackles. Came fast. Installs in seconds. No rattling at all. My only concern is there is a small speck that isn't covered by the orange powder coating. Let's see how long they last.

IMO snatch blocks are better than rings. I believe that the Gear America Ultra Snatch Blocks are among the best aluminum blocks on the market. I bought one to check on it's quality before getting another two. I've seen enough recovery videos to know the value of having quality snatch blocks. I did have a slight issue with one of the blocks, an issue that got through quality control. Their customer service was exceptional. An American company that stands behind their products! Hey, I'm all in. Just like in the good old days when a person's word meant something. Based upon my experience with their customer support, and the quality of the Ultra Snatch Block, I suspect that their other products are as good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that one deals with their company.

Good quality
I really wanted the red Uber Shackles to contrast with the dark color but the red ones I received (twice) were chipped badly. So I returned the red ones for black. I think it looks okay! Customer service was very helpful to keep me satisfied.
